We are enabling our users to seek jobs and talent through the lens of the fundamental skills required for a role. These fundamental skills are evaluated through assessments which are embedded within the platform.

One of the co-founders started his career in the IT industry and developed interest in Cloud computing. While looking for opportunities in cloud computing he realized that he had gone through lots of popular job platforms with no proper explanation of job skills required for a given role, they just wanted a ‘know it all’. On top of this, he applied to various job opportunities but received no response from most of them.
Another co-founder of our team - who had previously lead a recruitment consulting startup - shared similar problems from the lens of an IT Recruiter. Majority of the candidates would not be able to finish the selection process, resulting in high time and cost per hire.
The role of bringing the ‘idea’ together was done by our third co-founder, who had done both recruitment and job search over his 10+ year career.
All three co- founders knew each other through a youth organization called “AIESEC” which they were a part of during their college days.
After serving with Microsoft for 7 years in Brussels, London and Bengaluru, he decided to take a break from his job to hone his management skills. An MBA from Hult International Business School helped him gain deeper insights in business management leading to successive consulting stints in various startups. His well-crafted marketing and management skills have helped us structure our business idea and plan.
The cloud guy of our company. After serving a year in Dubai as a sales consultant in a tech company, he came back to India to join a Fortune 500 company where he nurtured his skills & interest in cloud computing. His sales & networking skills are second to none & has essentially served as a connector of our team.
After previously leading a successful internship platform, he joined in with his experience in recruitment and operations as the product in chief to help transform the raw idea into a finished product.
The technical architect in chief. The guy who has made this platform possible. Being the youngest member of the team there is a strong learning ahead for him and the responsibilities taken by him at such a young age shows that a cool temperament lies on his shoulders.
